AI tokens are the units used by AI models to process your requests. Every market analysis, advisor chat, and expansion research consumes tokens based on the complexity of the query. A typical single ZIP analysis uses roughly 2,000-3,000 tokens, and a chat message uses about 1,000-2,000 tokens.
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
You'll receive a notification when you're running low. You can purchase a token top-up ($9 for 50K, $19 for 150K, or $49 for 500K tokens), wait for your monthly reset, or upgrade to a higher plan. Top-up tokens never expire.
