4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for all applicable fees
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

• Scores and rankings are based on our proprietary methodology and involve subjective factors
• The Service should be used as one input among many in your business decision-making process
• We are not responsible for business decisions made based on data provided through the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EllieReid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
